Crafted by renowned winemaker Alejandro Martínez, it ages for a minimum of 24 months on the lees, resulting in remarkable complexity and finesse.
"Brilliant golden-yellow in color, it presents fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers a layered bouquet of dried fruits, fresh citrus, ripe apples, and subtle toasted notes.
