Rosell Boher Grande Cuvée Millésimée is a premium sparkling wine crafted from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Finca Los Árboles, Tunuyán, at 1,200–1,300 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley. It is produced using the Traditional Method (Champenoise) and undergoes a minimum of 40 months of aging on the lees, which imparts great complexity, elegance, and finesse.

"Coppery-pink in color with salmon highlights, it opens with notes of toasted bread, yeast, and dried fruits such as almonds and hazelnuts.
