Rosell Boher Grande Cuvée Millésimée is a premium sparkling wine crafted from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Finca Los Árboles, Tunuyán, at 1,200–1,300 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley. It is produced using the Traditional Method (Champenoise) and undergoes a minimum of 40 months of aging on the lees, which imparts great complexity, elegance, and finesse.
"Coppery-pink in color with salmon highlights, it opens with notes of toasted bread, yeast, and dried fruits such as almonds and hazelnuts. Hints of peach skin, quince, loquat, and apricot add aromatic richness. The palate is vibrant and well-balanced, with delicate bubbles, creamy texture, and a persistent finish. Its remarkable depth and evolution make this a world-class vintage sparkling wine."
