Rosell Boher Rosé is a sophisticated sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir, grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán, at 1,250 meters above sea level in Mendoza’s Uco Valley. Crafted using the Traditional Method (Champenoise) and aged on the lees for at least 30 months, it combines freshness, elegance, and depth.
"Brilliant salmon-pink in color, it releases fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of red berries, citrus zest, and subtle toasted undertones from extended aging. On the palate, it’s dry, delicate, and creamy, with lively acidity and a long, refined finish."
